“Needless to say the past two months have been very stressful!  After helping us revise our sailing schedule (with less than one month’s notice) due to ship cancellation and getting your partners to waive the change fees on the hotels -we are hit with Coronavirus.  Our daily conversations keeping us updated on our Egypt trip for March kept us calm.  And we appreciate you working on our behalf to reschedule this trip without penalties and any effort on our part.
Finally  helping us move our couples trip from Italy in May to next year (again without losing our deposits and getting us full refunds) makes us appreciate you so much!  Your hard work and valuable connections made these stressful times much less stressful.
